Due to orders being made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Before submitting your order, please carefully look over your cart to ensure you have added the correct items, number of items, a rep code, etc. Once an order is submitted, changes cannot be made.

Upon receipt of your order, please inspect all molds and contact Hey Lo Freshie Co within 2 business days if the item has issues, damage, etc.
